My Sister sent me a recipe exchage email and I sent this recipe to her friend and then I thought, why don't I share it with you too. This is my Favourite Dip (Tony says it's better than Milestones')
Artichoke Dip
1 package frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
1 can artichokes (chopped)
1/2 Cup Sour cream
1/2 Cup Mayo
2 or 3 garlic cloves (chopped)
3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 Cup shredded mozza cheese
Mix all the ingredients in a casserole dish and bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
Serve with taco chips or bread cubes.
For a main course meal, add cooked penne noodles and chopped cooked chicken and bake for the same about of time.
Even my kids will eat spinach this way!
Enjoy.
