Dreams in the Making

My Mother in law tells the best stories! The first thing my boys say when she walks in the door is "tell us a story!" She sits with the boys and makes up new stories right off the top of her head! We've all been telling her she should right them down and start making kids books. The other day Tony and mom and the boys were drawing and Tony drew this amazing tree with it's leaves all around on the ground with a tire swing in the tree. I'll have to find it and take a pic and put it up here. Anyway, they started talking about mom doing the writing and Tony doing the pictures. I'm totally excited for them, and we'll do everything possible to make it happen. It will take hard work and perseverance and support from their family. Right now mom is working on nailing down some of her ideas, and Tony will start drawing as soon as she gives him her ideas. So here is to the journey toward the dream!
