We have an MCC sale here every May...Being used to the Abbotsford one in Sept, and a huge event, this country bumpkin fair was refreshing. It's got all the important componants:Borscht, Verenikie, Rollkuchen and watermelon, Rumage sale, quilts, action, live music, plant sale, kids zone, but on a minature scale to Abbotsford. I made 20 gallons of Borscht with a little help from Linda and Tony, and We did the live music. Tony and the youth delivered drinks for sale at the booths. Tony's parents and sister and two of her kids were out and enjoyed the MCC sale with us:) Great to have them out!

Wow, lots to catch up on. It must be hard to see your own child in a hospital bed!
Next year, please tell me when the MCC sale is going to be, I'm sorry I missed out this year. I'd love to go to a 'bumkin' version.
