Allow the Glory of God to Shine Through You

My friend Rena sent me this quote which she got from a non christian friend. I love it! It's so good to be reminded of what I learned lasted year while studying "Waking the Dead" by John Elridge. Great book. Go read it.

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light not our darkness which frightens us. Your playing small doesn't serve the world there is nothing enlightening about shrinking so other people don't feel insecure around you. We were all meant to shine as children do it's not just in some of us its in everyone. And as we let our own light shine we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear. Our presence automatically liberates others. Believe it."
